Anyone got suggestions for working on that dog walk contact without an actual dog walk?

I made a small travel plank from a section of 2x10 plank and 2x4s. It works well in a pinch. Also it helps me get the behavior while reinforcing the verbal cue of "Hit it" which I think is as important as using a full sized dog walk.

I used cinder blocks and 2x4's when I taught Lincoln. Painted each end of the plank a very bright yellow and he would walk or trot (he never runs across!) the plank. I started with it on the ground and then I could incline it on one end using the cinder blocks. Worked pretty well.
